FREE ration distributed

Jalandhar, February 11, 2013: Hind Sewa Samiti ( Rashtriya ) on Sunday organised 94th monthly Ration Distribution Function at Janata Mandir, Pucca Bagh, Jalandhar City .

Police Inspector Bimal Kant whose name has been recently announced for the President Police Medal for meritorious services was the Chief Guest.

Kant lauded the organisers for rendering selfless services to the needy people. The Hind Sewa Samiti (Rashtriya) President Sunil Sharma said that he was inspired by Padam Shree Vijay Kumar Chopra and Avinash Chopra following which he started the programme. He added initially they had started distributing ration free of cost to five needy families but now the number had risen to 30 families.

Among others, Subash Sood Acting President B.J.P. Jalandhar ( Urban ), Ravi Shankar Sharma , Vijay Sharma , Chaggu Sobti , Manohar Lal Mahajan , Pawan Malhan , Amit Anand , Arvind Gulati ,  Yash Pehlwan , Shammi Kanaujia , Amrit Khosla , B.D. Khosla , Amrik Singh , Mohinder Paul Pandit  and Parbhat Kamboj were present .
