A fresher party "Aagaaz." was organized for B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing batch2023 at DMCH College of Nursing, Malakpur.
Ludhiana, February 13, 2024: A fresher party "Aagaaz." was organized for B.Sc. Nursing and M.Sc. Nursing batch2023 at DMCH College of Nursing, Malakpur.
Under the coordination of Prof. Sandeep Saini and Shailza Sharma, the Fresher'sparty kicked off with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony graced by esteemed dignitaries including Shri. Bipin Gupta ji, Secretary, Managing society DMC&H along with Treasurer Sh Mukesh Kumar, Principal DMCH College of Nursing Dr. Triza Jiwan, , and Vice-Principal , College of Nursing Prof. Nidhi Sagar, and all faculty members and students.
Dr.Triza Jiwan welcomed everyone graciously and ensured our freshers that college will do everything possible in their hand to equip students with the best possible teaching learning methods and practical exposure. Additionally, she also mentioned that our institution believe in inspiring minds, improving their intellectual capacity and building characters which students will treasure for their life
Addressing the gathering, Bipin Gupta urged the students to uphold their morals and values while pursuing their dreams. He emphasized the importance of hard work and determination in achieving success, encouraging the students to persevere in their endeavours.
The evening was filled with vibrant performances, including dancing, singing, and other entertaining activities, setting the stage for a memorable celebration. The highlight of the event was the fashion segment, where freshers showcased their talents and confidence, culminating in the crowning of Jasjot Kaur and Gurmpreet Gill as Ms. and Mr. Fresher 2024, respectively.
The judging panel, comprising Dr. Ashwani K Chaudhary (Medical Superintendent), Kapil Sharma (Associate Professor), Dr. Sonia Singh (Professor, Anatomy Dept.), Prof. Nidhi Sagar (Vice Principal, CON), and Meenakshi (Associate Professor, CON), had the challenging task of selecting the winners from the pool of talented participants.
As the festivities drew to a close, the event concluded with a heartfelt vote of thanks delivered by the M.Sc. Nursing 1st year and B.Sc. Nursing 1st semester students, expressing gratitude to all who contributed to making the Fresher's party a resounding success.
