A joint seminar was hosted by Retailers Association of India (RAI) along Kutch Corporate Forum (KCF) on 26th March 2017 at the PBN Vaidya Sabhagrah, Dadar, Mumbai, on “ Future trends in retail strategies for small & medium retailers “ . The seminar was attended by about 400 persons including the officers of RAI, KCF and members of the association.

Mr.B.S.Nagesh, Founder –Trrain, Chairman of RAI, and Mr.Surendra Gangar, CEO, Gangar Eyenation, gave the present scenario and future trends in retail business and stragies for small & medium retailers. They debated on the present market conditions and the future expectations for small & medium retailers in the present competitive market. The speakers shared their wide knowledge and experience on the subject. Thereafter a panel discussion was held at the same venue comprising of 4 panelists – Mr. Pravin Chheda, Mr. Kavindra Mishra, Mr. Manish Mandhana and Mr. Rajiv Bajoria on the above subject. The members and audience found the seminar to be very informative and value added to their knowledge. Mr. Kumar Rajagopalan, CEO, Retailers Association of India was the moderator for the panel discussion and also took active part in the entire seminar.

The seminar was followed with a question-answer session with the audience and speakers, wherein the speakers & panelists answered patiently the various questions raised by the audience. Thus the seminar was altogther a grand success with the members & non-members showing great enthusiasm and interest on the subject.
