Gandhi Jayanti celebrated at Ivy World School with enthusiasm

Jalandhar, October 1, 2024: Ivy World School, under the aegis of Vasal Education , celebrated Gandhi Jayanti with great zeal and respect, reflecting on the life and legacy of the Father of the Nation, Mahatma Gandhi.

On this auspicious day, students paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi, lovingly called Bapu, by highlighting his timeless values and principles. A special assembly was organized in which students passionately expressed their thoughts on Gandhi Ji's teachings and philosophy. The students honored Gandhi Ji through various activities, including patriotic song " Insaaf ke Dagar Pe" , Poem recitation, inspirational thoughts and quotes, chanting of bhajans, a captivating dance performance, and a teacher's address emphasizing Gandhi Ji's beliefs and ideas. A role-play was also conducted based on Gandhi Ji's life. The event was a heartfelt homage to his relentless struggle for India's freedom. The celebration reinforced the importance of truth, non-violence, and the power of peaceful resistance among the students.

The President of Vasal Education, K.K. Vasal, Chairman, Sanjeev Kumar Vasal, Vice President, Ena Vasal, CEO, Raghav Vasal, and Director, Aditi Vasal expressed their pride in the students' enthusiasm and dedication in honoring this national hero. 

The Director Principal applauded the participants for beautifully showcasing the cultural values of India. She further added that such initiatives inspire young minds to follow the path of truth and peace and instill in them values such as courage, bravery, and kindness.
