Gandhi Vanita Ashram inmates invited to visit seat of women empowerment-KMV

Jalandhar, May 14, 2019: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya-the Heritage & Autonomous Institution, Jalandhar invited 50+ inmates of Gandhi Vanita Ashram to the supreme seat of women empowerment-KMV. The noble intent behind the activity was to make these girls feel important and also to inculcate in them the desire to study further.
The girls were addressed by Principal Prof.Atima Sharma Dwivedi. She interacted with the students and also enquired about their hobbies and interests. The students enthusiastically shared their desires.
Prof.Atima Sharma Dwivedi assured them that KMV will help them realize their dreams. After the interactive session the girls were taken around the college campus. Some fun filled activities were organized for them. They enjoyed taking part in dance and other games. Then there profiles were prepared in which their interests and aims were recorded. Principal Prof. Atima Sharma Dwivedi lauded Ms. Ashima sahni, Dr. Madhumeet, Dr. Sonik Bhatia, Mrs. Anand Prabha, Dr. Anushobha, Ms. Mani and Dr. Radhika for making the visit of Gandhi Vanita Ashram inmates to KMV a memorial one.
