GGS students clinch medals in Punjabi University- Lok Mela.
Talwandi Sabo, February 13, 2014: Punjabi University, Patiala organised a two day Lok Mela on February 10-11. Various colleges of Punjabi University participated in this Lok Mela. Students participated in different events showing rich culture and heritage of Punjab.
Kulwinder Singh student of Guru Gobind Singh College of Education, Talwandi Sabo won gold medal in traditional rope making event and Sukhvir Kaur of the same college secured 4th position in pebble playing event.
Chairman Gurlabh Singh Sidhu congratulated the students and stated that such activities keep our Rich culture and heritage alive and also promote working skills among the youth.
