GHAR GHAR ROZGAR YOJANA: SUB-DIVISIONAL JOB FAIRS AT SAMRALA & RAIKOT ON FEB 16

Ludhiana, February 15, 2019: Deputy Commissioner Mr Pradeep Kumar Agrawal has informed that under the Ghar Ghar Rozgar Yojana of the Punjab government, sub divisional job fairs are being organised in all sub divisions of district Ludhiana. He said that the main aim of the Punjab government is to provide employment to maximum number of unemployed youth.

It is pertinent to mention here that during the recently held Job Fair at Government ITI, Gill Road, here, more than 700 unemployed youth of the district have been selected for different jobs by various companies. He said that the youth can get themselves registered for these job fairs through the web portal, www.ghargharrozgar.punjab.gov.in. He informed that apart from Ludhiana based companies, representatives from other companies of the state would also participate during these job fairs.

While urging the youth, the Deputy Commissioner said that the youth should take full advantage of these job fairs as several reputed companies are willing to provide employment to them.

He further informed that two job fairs would be organised tomorrow, i.e. on February 16 at Swami Ganga Giri College, Gondwal near Raikot and at Government ITI Girls in Samrala. On February 17, two Job Fairs would be organised at Government Senior Secondary School for Girls, Jagraon and at Government Senior Secondary School for Boys, Payal, while on February 22, two Job Fairs would be organised at Gulzar Group of Institutes Khanna and at Government Institute of Textile Chemistry and Knitting Technology, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana.

February 16: Swami Ganga Giri College, Gondwal near Raikot (district Ludhiana).
February 16: Government ITI Girls in Samrala (district Ludhiana).
February 17: Government Senior Secondary School for Girls, Jagraon (district Ludhiana).
February 17: Government Senior Secondary School for Boys, Payal (district Ludhiana).
February 22: Gulzar Group of Institutes, Khanna (district Ludhiana).
February 22: Government Institute of Textile Chemistry and Knitting Technology, Rishi Nagar, Ludhiana.
