GJIMT organised Internal Smart India Hackathon 2024 to showcase exceptional technical skills and innovative spirit of students
Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & technology, phase 2 organized the Internal Smart India Hackathon. The event showcased the exceptional technical skills and innovative spirit of the students. The hackathon attracted 75 teams, comprising approximately 450 students, who presented a diverse array of innovative ideas.
Mohali, September 19, 2024: Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & technology, phase 2 organized the Internal Smart India Hackathon. The event showcased the exceptional technical skills and innovative spirit of the students. The hackathon attracted 75 teams, comprising approximately 450 students, who presented a diverse array of innovative ideas.
A distinguished panel of judges including Dr. Neeraj, Dean, GJIMT, Dr. Tarandeep Singh and Jaspreet Kaur meticulously evaluated the projects. Following a rigorous review, 30 teams were selected to upload their presentations to the SIH portal.
Among the top five teams recognized for their exceptional ideas, the first three positions were secured by Team Aspire took the top spot with their groundbreaking project. Team Titans secured second, and Halio Dynamics claimed third place after an intense competition.
The event concluded with enthusiastic feedback from participants and praise from faculty for the students' creativity and dedication. The Internal Smart India Hackathon at GJIMT has demonstrated the institution's commitment to fostering innovation, entrepreneurship, and technological excellence.
While speaking at the moment Director Dr. Aneet Bedi Informed that this hackathon reaffirms GJIMT’s vision of creating a nurturing environment where students are encouraged to tackle real-world problems, develop cutting-edge solutions, and prepare for future careers in technology and entrepreneurship.
