GLADA takes serious notice of advertisements issued by promotors without taking licenses
Chief Administrator GLADA Sagar Setia today said that the authority has issued notices to several promoters for putting advertisements in public places without obtaining requisite license from GLADA.

Ludhiana, September 29, 2023: Chief Administrator GLADA Sagar Setia today said that the authority has issued notices to several promoters for putting advertisements in public places without obtaining requisite license from GLADA.
Giving more information, the CA said that as per guidelines the promotors have to take license from the authority after its registration under RERA. After getting license a promoter can advertise sale-purchase in their colony, he said adding that it was found that a few promoters have advertised their projects without taking license from GLADA. He mentioned that notices have been issued to promoters namely M/s GK Housing and Developers Pvt. Ltd, M/S Vardhman Amrante Pvt. Ltd. ,M/S SBP Housing Private Ltd, M/s Chatly Estate Pvt. Ltd., and M/S Oswal Greentech Ltd to remove their advertising hoardings. He said that action would be initiated under PAPRA and RERA if these advertisements were not taken down by the promoters.
