Mohali, December 2, 2022: Globe Automobiles Pvt Ltd (Globe Toyota) held a blood donation drive at Globe Toyota's Corporate Office in Mohali Phase 9. The campaign was organized in coordination with The Innerwheel Club of Chandigarh.
The blood donation campaign is an annual commitment of Globe Toyota. Expressing delight at the occasion, Vivek Datta MD & CEO of Globe Toyota Said, "We have developed a strong CSR strategy and are committed to initiatives that help build a healthy society, give back to the community and forge strong bonds. It’s part of Globe Toyota's corporate social responsibility strategy (CSR) and an essential part of its core values."
Globe Toyota's Corporate team personnel worked with the medical team from Inner Wheel Club to facilitate the event. The fully equipped blood donation team went to all Globe Toyota locations to provide the opportunity of donating blood to as many personnel as possible. The initiative has successfully contributed to the vital blood stocks in Mohali. A total of 100 units of blood were collected from all the employees, including people from different departments of Globe headquarters.
All employees and the company leadership team had shown up to support and contribute to the blood drive, exemplifying great character and their commitment to giving back to the community. All employees had a great opportunity to experience the power of donating to a noble cause. The Innerwheel Club nurses worked tirelessly and diligently to accommodate all volunteers.
