GNA University Signed an MoU with Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Chandigarh
GNA University- Technology Business Incubator (GU-TBI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Chandigarh with an objective to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship among students and faculty of GNA University.
Jalandhar, July 12, 2022: GNA University- Technology Business Incubator (GU-TBI) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development, Chandigarh with an objective to nurture innovation and entrepreneurship among students and faculty of GNA University.
Dr.VK Rattan, the Vice-Chancellor, GNA University, and Mr. Paramjit Singh, Director, RCED asserted that in today's era students need to be skillful and must be encouraged to choose entrepreneurship as a career choice. Dr. Hemant Sharma, the Pro Vice-Chancellor, GNA University said, “These kinds of collaborations will help to create entrepreneurs on the campus itself and box the chart of employability.”
Er. Kamaljeet Kainth, Head Incubation (GU-TBI) said, “This collaboration will help student entrepreneurs to take benefit of various schemes initiated by the Department of Science and Technology, Govt. of India, Directorate of Industries, Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC), Govt. of India, National Skill Development Corporation, Tech Mahindra Foundation, NASSCOM Foundation, SJVN, PFC. I am sure this MoU will enhance the entrepreneurial understanding of students and build a strong business background for them.”
Paramjit Singh, Director, RCED also interacted with students of GNA University on innovation and entrepreneurship. He even guided them to make entrepreneurship as the right career choice in their field.
