Ludhiana, July 22, 2023: CII Ludhiana Zone Organised Health Talk on Hypertension - Awareness to Management and Stress Management Strategies for Entrepreneurs’ for their members in collaboration with Fortis Hospital, Ludhiana today wherein around 40 CII members & their HR/IR Professionals attended the same.
Dr. Vishavdeep Goyal, Zonal Director, Fortis Hospital welcomed the CII members and briefed on the health care facilities available at Fortis for the Industry Members.
Rishi Pahwa, Chairman, CII, Ludhiana Zone and JMD Avon Cycles Limited shared that we all know, health is the biggest wealth for all. Good nutrition, daily exercise and adequate sleep are the foundations of healthy living. A healthy lifestyle keeps you fit, energetic and at reduced risk for disease Mr Pahwa added. Session was highly informative and insightful figuring how making smart choices in lifestyle now will pay off the rest of our life in form of preventing health complications said Pahwa.
Dr. Sandeep Chopra, Renowned Cardiologist Fortis Hospital delivered expert session on Hypertension - Awareness to Management and Sarah Sobeh, Psychologist, delivered session on Stress Management Strategies for Entrepreneurs. Tips to on how to reduce all modifiable risk factors for diseases & to live a healthy lifestyle were shared by the Speaker.
Many prominent CII Members & their HR Professionals attended the session and appreciate the initiative.
