Grand Arista conducts yoga sessions as stress busters

Noida: The Grand Arista society in Sector 168, Noida organized Yoga sessions as a stress buster activity to celebrate the International Yoga Day. The session began early morning around 8 AM under the supervision of certified Yoga instructors. The instructors made the participants aware about the healing power of Yoga and its benefits for a wholesome living. Instructors guided the residents in performing various Asanas like Pranayam, Padmasana, Surya Namaskar, Chakrasana, Shavasana etc. Social distancing norms were followed during the session, and residents very well abided by the distancing.
The advent of Corona has brought with itself a significant amount of mental and physical stress to most of the people. Lifestyles have taken a drastic turn, thereby understanding the sheer need of meditation and spiritual healing; Sunworld Group organized the session in its Grand Arista project. Participants were excited and delighted to be a part of it, and learn Yoga from certified instructors. They also took tips related to other aspects of healthy living.
Dr. Rahul Chaudhary, Promoter, Sunworld Group elaborated on the need of planning this Yoga session, “The times are tough and uncertain, this has taken a great toll on people’s physical and mental health. When such dramatic turn of events happen, we need support of a healing rejuvenation like Yoga to soothe our body, mind and soul.” The event witnessed a fair participation and interest from people who not only understood its importance but decided on imbibing it as an essential part of their daily lives.
