Grand opening of clubhouse at Hampton Homes

Ludhiana, October 16, 2024: The grand opening of the multi-storey Hampton Sky Centre, a clubhouse located at Hampton Homes on Ludhiana-Chandigarh Road, Ludhiana was held on Wednesday with a ribbon-cutting ceremony by Hampton Sky Realty Limited Director Benu Sehgal, CFO Deepak Sharma, and Studio Gray partner Guneet Arora.

The newly opened clubhouse stands out as one of the most unique in the city, offering an unmatched combination of luxury and functionality. From the moment you step into the grand lobby, the modern design and sophisticated ambiance set the tone for the exclusive facilities that await. With a wide array of amenities, this clubhouse is truly a one-of-a-kind destination, setting a new standard for community living in the city.

The design for the 22,000 square foot clubhouse emphasises functionality and community engagement while exuding luxury in an affordable manner. Spread across five floors, each level is tailored to specific needs and activities, fostering an inclusive environment for all residents.

The ground floor features a modern cafe, designed as a social hub, while the first floor, houses versatile meeting rooms, a library, and a cards room, promoting both collaboration and relaxation. The second floor hosts a state-of-the-art gym, catering to fitness enthusiasts. On the third floor, the grand banquet hall can be divided into two spaces, accommodating diverse events. The top floor boasts a pool with a designated shallow area for children, complemented by a cafe bar for adults to unwind. The basement is dedicated to younger residents, featuring a gaming zone, soft play area for toddlers, and recreational activities like pool and table tennis. “This thoughtful design prioritizes community, accessibility, and enjoyment for all age groups,” said Ar. The main purpose of this clubhouse is to provide residents with all the amenities that any high-end community offers, but at a nominal cost. The clubhouse is ecofriendly, and technology driven. Every effort has been made to provide multiple amenities to residents under one roof. 

The banquet hall has a capacity to cater around 300 people, and cafeteria has a capacity to cater around 50 people at a time. A café food menu has been prepared to serve people with variety of drinks and Indian and Chinese vegetarian and non-vegetarian food. 

The clubhouse will cater to the needs of over 1100 families residing in Hampton Homes. Well experienced chefs have been deputed for cafeteria and trainer for gym. The entire interior and lighting system of the clubhouse is eye catching. The clubhouse is a value addition to services being rendered to residents at Hampton Homes, which is Ludhiana’s first ever real estate project based on the concept of affordable housing.
