Jalandhar, November 17, 2014: Principal of HMV, Jalandhar was honoured with the reward of ‘Best Principal’, by DAV College Managing Committee, New Delhi.
Principal, Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj was welcomed with traditional culture of Punjab; with Phulkari and Dhol’; by the Giddha team of college. She was given floral welcome by Staff Secretary Dr. Adarsh Khanna, Deepshikha, Meenakshi Syal-Dean Academic, Dr. Jasbir Rishi-Dean Holistic Growth, Navroop Kaur-Dean Youth Welfare, Dr. Rama Chaudhary-Dean Students Council, Niti Sood-Dean Students Discipline and Mamta-Dean Examinations, Sunita Saggi, Kiranjit Kaur, Rakesh Uppal, Dr. Ekta Khosla, Sunita Dhawan, Ramnita Saini Sharda, Kuljeet Kaur Athwal and other Teaching and Non-Teaching staff members were also present.
Principal, Dr. Rekha Kalia Bhardwaj, expressed her gratitude towards everyone and expressed that it is not only her but whole college’s trophy. She gave her best wishes to college. On this occasion, teachers as well as students tapped their feet on the beats of ‘dhol” and congratulated Principal for her great achievement.
