Guru Hargobind Khalsa Colleges signs MoU with Hyderabad-based Sportz Pprix Services Pvt Ltd
Guru Hargobind Khalsa Colleges, Gurusar Sadhar, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hyderabad-based Sportz Pprix Services Private Limited to further enhance its sports infrastructure and training facilities.

Ludhiana, April 15, 2025: Guru Hargobind Khalsa Colleges, Gurusar Sadhar, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Hyderabad-based Sportz Pprix Services Private Limited to further enhance its sports infrastructure and training facilities.
The MoU acknowledges the college’s state-of-the-art sports amenities and the outstanding achievements of its students at university, state, national, and international levels. Under this agreement, internationally acclaimed coaches from Sportz Pprix will provide professional coaching not only to the college’s athletes but also to players from outside the institution. Additionally, the college will host national and international-level tournaments on its grounds.
Sharing details about the collaboration, College Governing Council President Manjit Singh Gill and Secretary Dr. S.S. Thind stated that the sports programs under this MoU will be supported through CSR funding by Ludhiana-based Vardhman Special Steels Limited. The MoU, valid for three years, aims to provide rural athletes with access to international-standard coaching and opportunities to participate in global competitions. It will also enable the local community to witness world-class sporting events. The facilities covered under this collaboration include training and support for various sports such as cricket, basketball, table tennis, badminton, taekwondo, football, shooting, and more.
The MoU was officially signed by Abhinav Goyal on behalf of Mangipudi Laxmi Narayan Prasad of Sportz Pprix Services Pvt. Ltd. Prominent attendees at the signing ceremony included Amit Dhawan, representative of Vardhman Special Steels Ltd. CSR; Prof. Inderjit Singh, Principal of the Degree College; Dr. Satwinder Kaur, Principal of the College of Pharmacy; Dr. Pargat Singh Garcha, Principal of the College of Education; along with faculty members and coaches from the Department of Sports.
