Jalandhar, December 16, 2023: The students and staff at Lyallpur Khalsa College paid their obeisance on the occasion of Sehaj Path held in the college Gurudwara today as a part of Gurupurab celebrations of Sri Guru Nanak Dev.
On the occasion, Ragi Jatha led by Bhai Varunjit Singh Jandu Singhe wale recited Kirtan, and was honoured with Siropas by President, Balbir Kaur, Joint Secretary, Jaspal Singh Waraich and College Principal Dr. Jaspal Singh.
In her message on this pious occasion, President of the College Governing Council, Balbir Kaur, emphasized the universal nature of Guru Nanak Dev’s revolutionary teachings much to the benefit of humanity.
Speaking on the occasion, Principal of the College Dr. Jaspal Singh said that the college is committed to inculcation of moral and spiritual values in students, in addition to imparting of education. He urged the students to seek guidance and moral strength from the life and teachings of Guru Nanak Dev.
Present on the occasion were staff members and students.
Stage on this occasion was managed by Dr.Harjinder Singh Sekhon.
