Panchkula, June 24, 2023: The two-day Gurupurnima Mahotsav Satsang of world-renowned Saint Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj began at Shivdham Ashram here today with the lighting of lamps and Vyas Pujan ritual.

Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj said in his discourse that people should listen to the voice of their souls. The way Hanuman ji has kept Lord Ram inside his heart, you should also keep your Guru in your heart. After waking up early in the morning, we should first take the name of the Guru.

The saint further said, “Faith has a very important role in controlling the mind. There should be restraint in the mind. Learn to keep the mind calm. Know your deep nature. Chanting ‘Om’ helps in this process. Lord Krishna says that the presiding deity can come to you in any form, feel the Almighty in your heart.”

Thousands of people reached Shivdham Ashram, located on Morni Road, Panchkula, to listen to the discourse. Many devotees felicitated Shri Sudhanshu Ji Maharaj by garlanding them.

Saurabh Gupta, Head of Vishwa Jagruti Mission, Panchkula said that Guru ji will be worshiped on the occasion of Guru Purnima on Sunday. After Guru Darshan, there will also be a program to confer Guru Deeksha. There will be a special Havan and Amrit Vachan programme on this occasion.
