Happily Ever After for Rajeev and Daljeet in Sony SAB’s Tera Yaar Hoon Main

Sony SAB’s family-based show Tera Yaar Hoon Main continues to enthrall audiences with its light-hearted and relatable content focusing on father son relationship and the different family dynamics between the Bansals and the Bagga. The show is moving towards celebratory days as Rajeev (Ssudeep Sahir) and Daljeet (Sayantani Ghosh) finally get their happily ever after. 

Setbacks in Daljeet and Rajeev’s engagement are finally over as Mamta (Priyal Gor) realises her mistake and returns to the U.S. With Mamta’s departure, wedding preparations are welcomed into the Bansal household for Daljeet and Rajeev’s dream wedding. A lot of fun and excitement are underway as Daljeet’s young-spirited mother Gurmeet Bagga (Vibha Chibber) returns for their wedding bringing new dynamics and energy with her. 

What does the future hold for Rajeev and Daljeet’s?

Vibha Chibber who will be returning as Gurmeet Bagga said, “I am happy to be back on the set of Tera Yaar Hoon Main. The show always moves on a positive tone which is my favourite aspect about it. The last time I came on the show, Daljeet and Rajeev were getting married because of a contract, but now they are finally marrying out of love. As a mother myself, seeing your kids happy and in love is a blessing in disguise so I could very much relate to my character. I love playing Gurmeet because she is a typical full of life, boisterous Panjabi woman who is as strong as she is fun. A lot of dynamics are about to change with my entry so it will be fun for the viewers to see the story evolve and witness the wedding festivities unfold.” 

Sayantani Ghosh who plays the role of Daljeet Bagga said, “The upcoming episodes have been absolutely fun to shoot because we’re finally seeing a ray of sunshine after the dark clouds which loomed over Rajeev and Daljeet’s relationship. This is a dream come true for Daljeet because she always wanted to marry Rajeev and she finally gets to have a real wedding with him, one that is filled with love and a lifetime of happiness. Daljeet’s mother also returns for their wedding so it will be interesting to see how relationships evolve in the show. The wedding event will be very engaging as it will bring a lot of exciting elements with the entry of Daljeet’s mother. It's always a huge honour to work with Vibha ma’am, you get to learn a lot from her while on set, so it just adds to the amazing time we have on set.” 

Ssudeep Sahir essaying the role of Rajeev Bansal said, “It has been an exciting time on shoot because the show is finally taking an optimistic and happy turn with Rajeev and Daljeet’s wedding underway. This happened after a lot of struggle and setbacks. Both Rajeev and Daljeet had to work hard to keep their relationship intact but in a way, those challenges only made their love grow stronger, so the wedding is like a sweet reward for everything they went through. The audiences will have fun witnessing this new phase of their life and everything it will bring.”
