Talwandi Sabo, February 3, 2014: Harpal Singh, having long experience of administrative under the Punjab Government joined as Director (Campus) at Guru Kashi University today. Starting his career on 9 June, 1981 as Employment Officer, Muktsar, he worked as District Employment Officer Bathinda, Deputy Director (Employment) Ferozpur at Bathinda & retired as Joint Director, Employment (Generation and Training), Chandigarh. Harpal Singh possesses qualities of Head & Heart and has special aptitude for skill development, discipline and cleanliness. It will be his earnest endeavor for skill development, discipline and cleanliness. It will be his earnest endeavor to use his traits for the holistic development of students in general and growth of Guru Kashi University in particulars.
K.K Yadav, Deputy Commissioner, Bathinda has opined that Harpal Singh did excellent work of various posts that he held under the Punjab Government he is indeed a competent and capable officer to handle any kind of job.
