Ludhiana, October 23, 2022: Harvest International School, Jassowal-Kular celebrated Diwali on October 22, 2022 in the school auditorium which was surrounded in an ambience of joy and happiness.The day was marked by highlighting the message of ‘Green Diwali.’
Students dressed in traditional attire showcased the spirit of Diwali through skits and also walked the ramp. Hindi Natya Competition was organized in which sixty students presented four magnificent plays through which the message of creating a better society eliminating the evils prevalent in it were portrayed on stage.
On this occasion, a Rangoli Competition was also organized where the students exhibited their creativity and displayed a distinctive charm to this function as various colorful pictures were presented which highlighted the message of adopting Green Diwali to protect the environment.
To conclude the programme the Vice President of the school DIG (retd) Gurdeep Singh emphasized the message of a green, clean, peaceful and happy Diwali. The Principal Mr. Jay Sharma also wished everyone present a very Happy Diwali.
