Haryana Chief Minister, Manohar Lal Khattar taking blessing from Senior BJP Leader Lal Krishan Advani after his swearing-in ceremony as Chief Minister held at Panchkula on October 26,2014. Panchkula, October 26, 2014: Haryana Governor Prof Kaptan Singh Solanki administered oath of office and secrecy to Manohar Lal Khattar as Chief Minister of Haryana at the swearing-in-ceremony held at Panchkula near here today.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP President Amit Shah, Union Ministers, Chief Ministers of BJP ruled states; senior leaders L.K Advani and Murli Manohar Joshi, In-charge of Haryana Affairs Kailash Vijayvargiya were also present on this occasion.
The Governor, on the recommendation of Chief Minister also administered oath to six cabinet ministers and three Ministers of State.
The Six Cabinet Ministers are Ram Bilas Sharma, Capt. Abimanyu, Om Parkash Dhankhad, Anil Vij, Rao Narvir Singh and Kavita Jain. Three others Vikram Singh Thekedar (Independent Charge), Krishan Kumar Bedi and Karan Dev Kamboj are Ministers of State.
Among those others who were present on this occasion included Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Union Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj, Union Minister for Urban Development Venkaiah Naidu, Union Minister Radha Mohan, Union Minister for Chemicals and Fertilizers Anant Kumar, Union Minister for Health and Family Welfare Dr. Harsh Vardhan, Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Rambilas Paswan, Union Minister for Women and Child Development Maneka Gandhi, Union Minister of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways Krishan Pal Gujjar, Union Minister of State for Defence Rao Inderjit Singh, Union Minister of Development of North Eastern Region General V.K. Singh and Union Minister of State for Agriculture Sanjeev Balyan.
Similarly, Governor of Punjab and U.T. Administrator Shivraj Singh Patil, Chief Minister of Punjab Parkash Singh Badal, Chief Minister, Rajasthan Vasundhara Raje Scindia, Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shiv Raj Singh Chauhan, Chief Minister of Chattisgarh Dr. Raman Singh, Chief Minister of Gujarat Anandiben Patel, Chief Minister of Goa Manohar Parikar, Former Chief Minister of Himachal Pradesh Prof. Prem Kumar Dhumal, Former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar Sushil Kumar Modi, BJP Leader Navjot Singh Sidhu and Birender Singh, Member of Parliament namely Anurag Thakur, Dharambir Singh, Raj Kumar Saini, Ramesh Kaushik, Ratan Lal Kataria, Leader of INLD legislative party Abhey Singh Chautala, Chief Secretary Shakuntala Jakhu, BJP MLAs, Saints and representatives of various religious organisations and senior officers of Police and Civil administration were also present on this occasion.
