Nawanshahr, September 29, 2023: A health talk was organised to mark World Heart Day at Ivy Hospital, Nawanshahr on Friday.
Addressing the talk Dr. Hitesh Gurjar consultant cardiologist stressed upon the importance of heart health while offering valuable insights on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
He urged everyone to prioritize their cardiovascular well-being by adopting the practices of regular health checkups, regular exercise, healthy work-life balance, cholesterol management, smoking cessation and moderate alcohol intake.
