Dharamsala, October 10, 2013: Himachal Pradesh chief secretary Sudripta Roy suffered a major brain stroke today.
Roy, who complained headache during the office hours in late afternoon in his Shimla office, was immediately shifted to Indira Gandhi Medical College -(IGMC) Hospital Shimla from where he was rushed to PGIMER, Chandigarh for further treatment, till the last information received. www.cityairnews.com
