Host of activities add to fervour of Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign at GHSC-10
A host of activities like Poster making, Slogan and Essay writing and a Tricolour march were organised during the course of the week to celebrate Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the public and promote awareness about the tricolour.
Chandigarh, August 14, 2022: A host of activities like Poster making, Slogan and Essay writing and a Tricolour march were organised during the course of the week to celebrate Har Ghar Tiranga campaign to invoke the feeling of patriotism in the hearts of the public and promote awareness about the tricolour.
The college building has been beautifully illuminated with vivacious tricolour lights to celebrate Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav & India’s 75 Years of Independence. The faculty, staff, NCC cadets & NSS Volunteers of the college also participated in Prabhat Pheri in the college campus with the tricolour in their hands, singing patriotic songs alongside to mark the celebrations on the auspicious occasion of Independence Day.
A documentary on India’s Freedom Struggle was also showcased to the students.
The Principal of the college, Prof. Sudha Katyal led the convoy highlighting the national flag to commemorate 75 years of independence and the glorious history of India’s people, culture and achievements. She encouraged everyone to bring the Tiranga home and to hoist it to celebrate Har Ghar Tiranga campaign under the aegis of Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav.
