As spice is used to make food tasty, humour is a fragrance in human life to make it blissful. Humour is a God gifted invaluable asset to human being to impart kindliness and cheerfulness. When we remain happy, we become light hearted and listen others talk calmly and reciprocate with smiling face. When our thoughts are humorous, the self seems good; all negative qualities such as anger, jealousy, short-tempered nature are overcome and the World appears excellent. Humour is a joyful communication skill. When we add humour to our conversation; we become more confident, more interesting and more resourceful.

Humorous nature develops confidence and mental strength to deal with challenges in everyday life. A humorous person is always optimistic and can never feel loneliness even if one is alone. This is because of own attributes of the thoughts.

Medical doctors, psychologists and psychiatrists all agree that chronic patients can be cured by humorous nature. Many cities in India have more than 200 laughter clubs to cure diseases by laughter therapy. Doctors believe that laughter therapy is useful to cure insomnia, high blood pressure, joint pains, mental depression and many other diseases.

Recent researches have proved that humorous nature reduces stress, burn off calories to generate bio-electricity, improve digestion and stimulate the appetite. The deeper we laugh, the better it is and consequently more endorphin hormone is released in the body. Endorphin hormone is also known as pleasant hormone or happy hormone. It is mood booster and natural analgesic (pain killer).

We have seen on T.V. that a person who has ability to make people laugh, is universally admired. Humour makes a person optimistic and one can progress in any walk of life according to the personal desire and aptitude to achieve goal of life. Laughable nature expands blood vessels and sends more oxygenated blood to each cell of human body. Humour makes a person physically healthy, mentally stronger and spiritually blissful.

Positive thoughts enlighten our surroundings to uplift aura. It is well known fact that what we give to the society, get back accordingly. Thus humour begets humour.
