I-aspire Leadership program. Three banking aspirants students meet Lead District Manager.
Under the I-aspire Leadership initiative of the Ludhiana administration aimed at motivating and inspiring school students to pursue their dreams, three students from various government schools met Lead Bank District Manager Sarabjit Singh.
Ludhiana, August 1, 2024: Under the I-aspire Leadership initiative of the Ludhiana administration aimed at motivating and inspiring school students to pursue their dreams, three students from various government schools met Lead Bank District Manager Sarabjit Singh.
The students namely Rishu Nirmal, 10th class student from Govt. Sen. Sec. School, Jandiali, Sushila, 9th class from Govt. Sen.Sec. School of Eminence, Sec 32 and Kunal Kumar, 12th class student of Govt. Sen.Sec. School, Dholewal met LDM at the branch of Punjab & Sind Bank.
During the session, Singh motivated and discussed recruitments in Banking through IBPS with the students. The syllabus of the exams and various sources of examination was also shared . The students were motivated and had clear vision and aim to become Bank Managers at such a young age. The LDM appreciated the students for the clear vision and gave two mantras to the students for the success in the examination i.e. determination & dedication.
Deputy Commissioner Sakshi Sawhney stated that this initiative aims to bridge the gap between aspirations and reality by providing students with first hand exposure to their desired career paths. She also pointed out that under the initiative, students will be asked about their career ambitions; based on their choice, they will be grouped for visits to relevant professionals’ offices including IAS, IPS, PCS, PPS, doctor, scientist, army officer and others. She mentioned the students will have the opportunity to interact with and learn from professionals they dream of emulating by spending a day with them.
