ICAR-CIPHET developed Ozo-C technology selling like hot cake
Now, people are much more concern about food safety leading to potential of Ozo-C at homes, hotels, and small food selling units
Ludhiana: ICAR-Central Institute of Post-Harvest Engineering and Technology (CIPHET), Ludhiana has licensed the recently developed Ozone based fruits and vegetable washer-cum-purifier (Ozo-C) to young budding entrepreneur Mr. Ikram Haider from UP, earlier transferred to two women entrepreneurs. He came to know about the technology through mass media and taken license through videoconferencing due to current situation. Mr. Haider a budding a young entrepreneur said that it’s high time that all youth should come forward and support make in India initiative for development as well as growth of the country. Now, people are much more concern about food safety leading to potential of Ozo-C at homes, hotels, and small food selling units. Dr. R.K. Singh, Director ICAR-CIPHET facilitated the event along with team Dr. Ranjeet Singh, Dr. K. Narsaiah, & Ms. Surya which assured further technical help for mass production of the technology. On this occasion Dr. Ramesh Kumar Pr. Scientist & Mr. HL Meena Sr. Administrative Officer were also present.
