Ludhiana, March 28, 2023: Now a days non dairy foods are becoming popular and ICAR-CIPHET is committed and working consistently to meet the food needs of the nation by developing and promoting  health food products. Groundnut based products are loaded with various other essential goodness that makes it critically important for individuals on diets, people who have to enhance their overall health, as well as vegetarians and vegans around the world. Budding entrepreneur Siddarth Sarda from Bikaner approached ICAR-CIPHET for groundnut processing technology. Dr. D.N. Yadav, Pr. Scientist FG&OP Division has imparted hands on training to entrepreneur from 27-28 March 2023. 

Dr. Renu Balakrishnan I/C ITMU coordinated this licensing  and training. 

Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale, Director, ICAR-CIPHET awarded the agreement & certificate on successful completion of training and assured him that all possible help will be extended for establishment of this venture.
