ICAR-CIPHET Ludhiana gave licensing of groundnut based flavoured beverage, curd and paneer to Surat based budding woman entrepreneur
Now a days non dairy foods are becoming popular and ICAR-CIPHET is committed and working consistently to meet the food needs of the nation by developing and promoting health food products. Groundnut based products are loaded with various other essential goodness that makes it critically important for individuals on diets, people who have to enhance their overall health, as well as vegetarians and vegans around the world. Budding woman entrepreneur Anita Rajesh Jain from Surat approached ICAR-CIPHET for groundnut processing technology. Dr. Sandeep Dawange, Ms. Surya and Dr. K. Bembem have imparted hands on training to entrepreneur from 04-06 September 2023. Dr. Nachiket Kotwaliwale, Director, ICAR-CIPHET awarded the agreement & certificate on successful completion of training and assured her that all possible help will be extended for establishment of this venture.
