IKGPTU Inter College Lawn Tennis Tournament won by DAVIET & GNE
The I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) successfully concluded its Inter College Lawn Tennis Tournament on January 30. The event, held at the university premises, witnessed enthusiastic participation from various colleges. The overall winner of the tournament trophy in Men's category goes to DAVIET Jalandhar and in the women category goes to GNE Ludhiana.

Jalandhar, January 31, 2024: The I.K.Gujral Punjab Technical University (IKG PTU) successfully concluded its Inter College Lawn Tennis Tournament on January 30. The event, held at the university premises, witnessed enthusiastic participation from various colleges. The overall winner of the tournament trophy in Men's category goes to DAVIET Jalandhar and in the women category goes to GNE Ludhiana.
Prof. (Dr.) Susheel Mittal, Vice Chancellor send his best wishes to the winning teams & also shared the vision of university in context pf overall development of the students.
Dr. S.K Misra, Registrar, IKG PTU, graced the occasion as Chief Guest in the valedictory ceremony. He congratulated the winning teams and distributed the medals to the deserving winners, players. The tournament showcased exceptional talent and sportsmanship among the participating teams.
The final results of the Men's Category are DAVIET, Jalandhar is the winner, IKGPTU is winner of Runner-up trophy & Third position goes to GNE Ludhiana. In Women's Category, GNE Ludhiana became the Winner, Runner-up trophy goes to IKG PTU. The tournament not only promoted a spirit of healthy competition but also served as a platform for budding tennis players to showcase their skills and passion for the sport.
