Jalandhar, April 24, 2025: The atmosphere at Sports Hub, Loharan was electric as the Innocent Hearts Premier League (IHPL) Season 1- Cricket was officially inaugurated, marking the beginning of an exciting sporting event. The first match of the league featured a spirited clash between Innocent Hearts Kapurthala Road and Cantt.- Jandiala Road Schools , setting a vibrant tone for the competition ahead.
The opening ceremony was graced by Rajeev Paliwal, Deputy Director (Sports), Innocent Hearts Group, who declared the league open with motivating words that energized the young players. Mr. Sanjeev Bhardwaj, Sports Coordinator, also addressed the participants encouraging the participants to uphold the spirit of teamwork and fair play. Adding further inspiration to the event, Dr. Anup Bowry, Chairman of Innocent Hearts Group, shared his words of encouragement with all the players. He applauded the initiative and emphasized the importance of sports in shaping character, discipline, and leadership among students.
The IHPL Season -I brings together eight dynamic teams from various Schools, providing a platform for young talent to shine through spirited competition. The league not only promotes sportsmanship but also reinforces the values of physical fitness, discipline, and camaraderie. The event received overwhelming support from students, staff, and spectators, who came together to celebrate the joy of sports and healthy rivalry.
