Inauguration of Research-cum-Instrumentation Lab of P.G. Department of Zoology

alandhar, September 11, 2018: Kanya Maha Vidyalaya –the Autonomous & Heritage institution, Jalandhar’s PG Department of Zoology inaugurated a research-cum- instrumentation lab. The lab was inaugurated by Principal Prof.Atima Sharma Dwivedi. She averred that KMV has introduced M.Sc Zoology from this session and such labs will provide a suitable environment for the research to the students. The newly inaugurated lab comprises of all the latest equipments and testing systems required for the proper learning of the students. Madam Principal emphasized on the importance of research in the development of different domains of science and also advised the students to make the best use of the available resources. She also motivated all the students to increase their research aptitude and told the faculty members to allot research projects to the students so that the students should be able to improve their research skills. All the faculty members of the Department thanked Madam Principal for providing this precious resource to the students and the faculty members. On this occasion, Mrs. Sadhna Tondon, Dr. Archna Saini, Dr. Tamanreet Kaur, Dr. Mandeep Kaur, Ms. Prabha and Ms. Navjeet Kaur were present.
