Ludhiana, January 27, 2013: Members of the Managing Committee of United Cycle and Parts Manufacturers Association celebrated the 64th Republic Day on Saturday.
Harmohinder Singh Pahwa, Managing Director of M/s. Nova Bicycle Industries unfurled the national flag.
Pardeep Wadhawan, Secretary and Onkar Singh Pahwa (Chief Guest) wished to the members.
In his address, SS Bhogal, Managing Director of M/s Bhogal Sales Corporation remembered the sacrifices of those who laid their life for the independence of the nation and laid stress that they should not forgot the “Heroes” and should understand the value of the Independence.
The UCPMA president Gurmeet Singh Kular, KK Seth, CMD, M/s Seth Industrial Corporation, Harmohinder Singh Pahwa, Managing Director of M/s. Nova Bicycle Industries, Manmohan Singh Ubhi Director, LETS, Varinder Kapoor Vice Chairman UCPMA and Iqbal Singh Nelson, General Secretary, Wholesale Cycle Dealers Association, also spoke on the occasion.
The secretary informed that India International Cycle Expo 2013 is being held on February 22 - 24 at Government College for Girls. He announced that an amount of Rs. 12 lakh has been sanctioned by the NSIC and Rs. 7.80 lakh by the MSME Department as subsidy for show.
Among others, Inderjit Singh Navyug, Harjit Singh Sondh, Baljit Singh Lotey, Ajit Kumar, Achhru Ram Gupta, S.K. Lakra, Jagdev Singh Kular (Vicky Kular), Balbir Singh Mankoo, Jagatvir Singh, Rajeev Jain, Bachittar Singh, Swaran Singh Darera, Rajesh Bansal, Jagmail Singh Mankoo , Inderjit Singh Birdi, D.P Singh, Surinder Singh (Hiankan Bikes), Satinderjit Singh Autom, Valayati Ram, Rajnish Gupta, Varun Kapoor, Tarlochan Singh Sondh, Sohan Singh Goga, Lalit Sharma, Kamilinder Kumar Singla, Jiwan Kumar Sood, Parveen Kumar (K.G. Sales), Harminder Singh, Sukhdial Singh Basant, Gurdial Singh Mankoo, Rajinder Singh Pappu and Sanjeev Pahwa were present.
