Indian Navy won 69th Inter Services Hockey Championship
The final of 69th Inter Services Hockey Championship 2022-23 was held at Astroturf Hockey Ground, Katoch Stadium on 10 Feb 2023. In the nail biting and high intensity final clash, Indian Navy Team defeated Indian Army Red Team by 5 - 3. Jugraj Singh scored 02 goals for the Navy Team.

Jalandhar, February 10, 2023: The final of 69th Inter Services Hockey Championship 2022-23 was held at Astroturf Hockey Ground, Katoch Stadium on 10 Feb 2023. In the nail biting and high intensity final clash, Indian Navy Team defeated Indian Army Red Team by 5 - 3. Jugraj Singh scored 02 goals for the Navy Team.
Lt Gen Devendra Sharma, AVSM, SM, General Officer Commanding, Vajra Corps awarded the coveted trophy to the champions. While speaking on the occasion, he congratulated all the players for their hard work and dedication. He motivated the players to work even harder to get selected for Indian National Team and bring laurels to the nation by winning International championships across the world. Dronacharya Awardee coach Rajinder Singh and Tokyo Olympics Bronze medalists Rupinder Pal Singh and Hardik Singh also witnessed the final match. The Championship was played from 07 Feb - 10 Feb 2023 in which Indian Army Red, Indian Army Green, Indian Navy and Indian Air Force participated.
