Every year, UBS organizes its Induction Program to welcome newly admitted students to their esteemed MBA courses. This year also, University Business School has invited experts across academia and industry to guide the batch of 2024-26 and make them understand the industry expectations from the experts and also prepare them to enhance their industry and academia expectations, employability, skills all while keeping fun element alive. This year, UBS is honored to showcase its alumni President and Chief Human Resource Officer as the torchbearers for the batch of 2024-26.
The University Business School is expecting to welcome around 180 students in its Post Graduate Programs namely Master of Business Administration (General), Master of Business Administration (International Business), Master of Business Administration (Human Resource), and Master of Business Administration for Entrepreneurship.
Briefing about the event, Prof. Parmjit Kaur, Chairperson, UBS, stated that the event is being organized by Business Cell, UBS under the co-ordination of Dr. Tilak Raj, faculty and convener of Business Cell, UBS. The function will be presided over by the Chief Patron Prof. Renu Vig, Vice Chancellor, Panjab University, Chandigarh. Other dignitaries will involve Mr. Sunil Dutt, President at Reliance JioInfocomm Limited as Chief Guest and Mr. Ashwani Prashara, Chief Human Resource Officer - Hydrocarbons at Reliance Industries Limited and Dr. Sachin Gulati, Head of India Campus Recruitment as Guest of honor. Industry stalwarts, who are highly respected and successful individuals in their fields, will share their knowledge and experiences with the students.
