DONATED A TRICYCLE AND A WHEEL CHAIR
⦁ A tricycle to a disabled man who worked as a painter but sadly lost the ability to move his legs. Now, he is back to work, and smiles are once again on his face.
⦁ A wheelchair was given to a man in need who works in an office. Unfortunately, he suffered an injury to his spine that left him immobile. This wheelchair was provided to help him return to his office and continue his job.
DONATED RATION
⦁ The IWC of Jalandhar donated ration items, including aata and dal, to the needy families at Kusth Ashram. The members contributed by pooling together 400 kg of aata and 40 kg of dal.
IILM - 2024-25 - Vertical - D - Development of Children
• The IWC of Jalandhar identified three students who desperately needed help in order to continue their education. These students were on the verge of quitting school when we met.
• A young girl, studying BTech in Computer Science Engineering was given monetary help to cover her fees, as her name was about to be struck off due to fee errors.
• Monetary help was provided as the complete annual fee for a class XI student. Our club promised to pay his fees as long as he remained dedicated to his education.
• A student in UKG at PSVM School, was given monetary help as her complete annual fee. Her father, a security guard, was unable to afford her education.
