Innocent Hearts celebrates Basant Panchmi with great enthusiasm; extends awareness regarding Chinese Thread

Jalandhar, January 22, 2018: Innocent Hearts Green Model Town, Loharan and Cantt. - Jandiala Road celebrated Basant Panchmi with gaiety. The whole campus starting from Innokids till senior wing was filled with splendor. The day began with the Maa Saraswati Puja and recited Gayatri Mantra during special assembly. On this occasion, the teachers came in yellow attire and children adorned themselves with yellow ribbon bows. The school was decorated with small kites. Mr. Dheeraj Banati- Director Principal School, Vice- Principal- Mrs. Sharmila Nakra , Examination Incharge- Mrs. Gurwinder Kaur and Mrs. Guleria- Primary Wing Incharge at G.M.T. , whereas at Loharan Wing - Incharge- Ms. Shallu Sehgal and Mrs. Alka Arora worshipped Maa Saraswati . The little angels of INNOKIDS were in yellow attire. The children brought yellow food in their Tiffin. During Assembly, importance of the Basant Festival was explained to the students. They took an oath not to use Chinese string to fly kites and same message will be extended by them to the others. They were explained that spring season brings along change in the weather and flowers grow everywhere. Mr. Dheeraj Banati – Director Principal School addressed the assembly and said that we should celebrate each festival with fun and we should respect our culture. At C.J.R. Madam Sonali explained the importance of the festival to the students.
