INNOCENT HEARTS COLLEGE OF EDUCATION ORGANISED YOGA WORKSHOP

Jalandhar, February 14, 2019: Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar organised Yoga workshop on Thursday. The workshop was conducted by eminent yoga experts of Yog-path Sansthan– President Dr.Vinod Kumar Paul and Vice President Ms.Anudeep. Demonstration of yoga aasanas was given by the experts first and then students as well as the teachers performed these aasanas. The experts gave description about various yoga activities and their benefits. All felt very fresh after doing the breathing exercises and meditation. There were interactive sessions along with yoga-aasan session, stress-relieving session and question-answer session. Later the student-teachers and teacher-educators practiced yoga along with the experts. Tips were given to make life healthier. Principal Dr.Arjinder Singh thanked the yoga experts and explained the relevance of yoga in our day to day life.
