Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions conducts social awareness rally “say no to plastic” at Sultanpur Lodhi

Jalandhar, November 11, 2019: On the occasion of 550th Parkash Purab of Dhan Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, Loharan, taken out rally with the motto of “Say No To Plastic” at Guru Nagri Sultanpur Lodhi. The objective of rally is to spread the message of plastic free Punjab among the villagers. The rally started from chungi and ended at Gurudwara Shri Ber Sahib. To keep the environment clean and green, a stall for two days had been setup adjoining Gurudwara Shri Ber Sahib by the students to sell plastic free products like cloth bags, home decoration materials, jewellery and accessories etc. among devotees. Faculty members Dr. Updesh Khinda, Dr. Gagandeep Kaur, Ms. Pinky, Mr. Gagandeep Singh and Mr. Amrinder Singh accompanied the students for two days. Group Director Dr. Shailesh Tripathi congratulated the students & Faculty Members and appreciated their efforts.
