Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organised guest lecture on traffic rules and drug de-addiction
Jalandhar, December 2, 2019: In the endeavour to acquaint the students with guidelines of traffic rules and consequences of drugs consumption in human life, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions Organised a guest lecture on Traffic Rules and Drug De-addiction. The session was taken up by Assistant Sub Inspector Sardar Shamsher Singh and Mr.Ramesh Kumar under the guidance of Commissioner of Police S.Gurpreet Singh Bhullar (IPS), DCP Traffic Sh.Naresh Dogra, ADCP traffic Sh.Gagnesh Kumar and ACP Traffic Sh.Harvinder Singh Bhalla. Prof Deepak Paul (Principal, Hotel Management Deptt.) welcomed the guest speaker Sardar Shamsher Singh and Mr. Ramesh Kumar. Sardar Shamsher Singh briefed about the basic points to avoid accidents. He explained the students about the importance of seat belt, wearing helmet, maintaining distance between cars on road, keeping vehicle documents with yourself while driving and always be punctual. Mr. Ramesh Kumar give information about mandatory traffic signs which helps to perform the function of ensuring smooth operation of the traffic on the road. Sardar Shamsher Singh also acquainted students with effects of drug consumptions on human life and also on the life of their loved ones and recommended them to share problems with their teachers and parents instead of using drugs. Mr Purshotam Kainth (Assistant Professor, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions) presented a vote of thanks to guest speaker. He stated that following the traffic rules is one of the major responsibility of every citizen.
