Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organised virtual non violence week on eve of Gandhi Jayanti
Marvelous Sketches of Mahatma Gandhi were prepared
Jalandhar: With an objective to commemorating the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi and highlighting the importance of Non-Violence, Gandhi Jayanti was celebrated virtually with full zeal and enthusiasm at Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions. Three events namely Slogan Writing, Sketch Making and Poem Recitation were organized to recall the teachings of Mahatma Gandhi. Students participated in all the events enthusiastically and present their own sights on the Gandhian philosophy. Marvelous Sketches of Mahatma Gandhi were prepared and Melodious Poems were recited by students via online Google meet platform to signify the peace and harmony. Slogans were prepared on theme Swachhta Shapath.
Cultural Head Ms. Punit Kumari stated that Mahatma Gandhi’s teachings must be promoted to resolve current conflicts, to avoid violence and to find peaceful solution to every small or big problem to make this world a better place to live in.
