Innocent Hearts Group organized a Seminar on Creative Teaching Skills

Jalandhar, February 14, 2022: To inculcate the latest teaching skills among faculty members, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions organized a seminar on “Creative Teaching skills”. The resource person was Mr. Sameer Kharbanda (Co-Founder & CEO, Mentoroida).
The session started with a welcome speech by Dr. Gagandeep Kaur (Academic Coordinator, Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions).
Mr. Sameer shared very qualitative methods to adapt the latest teaching ideologies. He started the session with the need for design–thinking and stated that every teacher should learn to understand the student's problem from their perspective. He also stated that IQ helps a person to start his career but EQ enables a person to connect with others and to determine a successful life. He motivated the faculty members to identify their critical thinking styles to form a better judgment. The resource person also acquainted the faculty members with Conversational Leadership Skills to cultivate collective intelligence at the workplace. The session was very interactive and faculty members curiously asked questions regarding Articulation, Advance writing skills, Growth Hacking and Self- Leadership skills.
Dr. Shailesh Tripathi (Group Director) presented a vote of thanks to Mr. Sameer and asserted that merging the creativity of teachers with the latest technology is one of the best ways to enhance future skills for professional as well as personal growth.
