Innocent Hearts immersed in spirituality
Children sang hymns and shabads in the melodious voice
Jalandhar, July 30, 2022: The students of Cantt.- Jandiala Road and Kapurthala Road campuses of Innocent Hearts school created a spiritual ambiance by singing melodious bhajans and shabads. Mothers and grandmothers of children were specially invited on this occasion. The program started by lighting the lamp.
The students of grades V and VI sang 'O,Palanhare, Nirgun O Nyare, to worship the almighty God. The children sang the hymn 'Payo Ji, Maine Ram Ratan Dhan Payo', remembering the virtuous God. The children meditated upon the omniscient God by singing the shabad 'Vinu Bolyan Sab Kuch Jaanda'. They remembered the Supreme Power by singing the hymn 'Ihi Naam Hai Adhara'.
On this occasion, Harleen Gulria (Incharge Primary and Middle Wing) and Gurmeet Kaur (Coordinator Innokids) were present at Kapurthala Road and Cantt.- Jandiala Road campuses respectively. They motivated mothers to teach their kids to be grateful to God for the blessings. In this way the child learns to thank God which nurtures the feeling of reverence towards the elders. Sharmila Nakra, Deputy Director Cultural Affairs of Innocent Hearts Group, appreciated the efforts of the children and said that the purpose of conducting this type of activity is to inculcate ethical and cultural values in the children.
