Innocent Hearts organises Interactive Session on Soft Skills Enhancement
The Mental Well-Being Club of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, in collaboration with Art of Living, conducted an interactive session on soft skills enhancement titled “How to Work on the 3 C’s: Confidence, Concentration, and Clarity of Mind.”

Jalandhar, March 03, 2025: The Mental Well-Being Club of Innocent Hearts Group of Institutions, in collaboration with Art of Living, conducted an interactive session on soft skills enhancement titled “How to Work on the 3 C’s: Confidence, Concentration, and Clarity of Mind.”
The session was led by Vivek Vansal, a senior faculty member from The Art of Living, accompanied by Saloni Kalra. The session aimed to help students develop essential soft skills by improving focus, self-confidence, and mental clarity through simple yet effective mindfulness techniques.
Students were guided on how to overcome stress, distractions, and self-doubt using positive affirmations, and stress management strategies. The session was highly interactive, with students actively participating in practical exercises, discussions, and a Q&A session, where they received insights on handling anxiety, improving productivity, and developing emotional resilience.
Additionally, the session introduced, 'The Happiness Program', an initiative by Art of Living, designed to help individuals learn life skills, achieve inner peace, reduce stress, and enhance mental well-being. Many students showed keen interest in enrolling for the upcoming workshop to explore mindfulness practices further.
