Innocent Hearts Schools and College of Education celebrated National Hindi Day
National Hindi Day was celebrated with great pomp in Innokids of Innocent Hearts School. On this occasion, the little children of Innokids recited poems in Hindi under the theme 'Aao Gungunaain' and the students of Scouts and Guides highlighted the importance of the official language Hindi through poetry recitation.
Jalandhar, September 14, 2023: National Hindi Day was celebrated with great pomp in Innokids of Innocent Hearts School. On this occasion, the little children of Innokids recited poems in Hindi under the theme 'Aao Gungunaain' and the students of Scouts and Guides highlighted the importance of the official language Hindi through poetry recitation.
NSS Unit of Innocent Hearts College of Education, Jalandhar celebrated Hindi Diwas with great pride and dignity with a message that 'Hindi language is the backbone of our nation and the soul of our Indian cultural heritage.' Highlighting the history and importance of Hindi language, a display-board decoration competition was organized in schools by student-teachers during their teaching practice, in which students wrote self-composed poems, historical events, stories, quotes and creative cartoon scripts in aHindi. To develop spiritual values among the students, a short drama was presented by NSS volunteers in Hindi language on couplets of Kabir Das, couplets of Rahim and couplets of Tulsidas. Through various scenes, NSS Volunteers – Sonia, Sarika Gautam, Sonamdeep Kaur, Bunny Sodhi, Anna, Tania and Nitika showcased their love and respect for Hindi, the official language of the Union of India.
Principal Dr. Arjinder Singh appreciated the performances of the students. He directed the students to preserve the Hindi language in its pure form and propagate it to the coming generations as this is the main duty of the future teachers.
