Innocent Hearts Schools Celebrate Parkash Utsav of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji

Jalandhar, November 22, 2018: The Pre- Primary School Innokids of Innocent Hearts School (GMT, Loharan, CJR and Royal world) celebrated the birth day of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. The class teachers enlightened the children about the life of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji. They told the students that this day is celebrated with great fervour and enthusiasm every year and is also called Parkash Utsav. On this occasion, morning processions called ‘Prabhat Pheris’ and Nagar Kirtan are organised .The lessons taught by Him through his way of life and teachings were explained to children. They came attired as Panj Pyaras and even recited holy Shabads. The principles of Sri Guru Nanak Dev Ji- “God is One, He is Omnipresent and He exists in every living being” were introduced to them.
Director Principal Schools, Mr.Dheeraj Banati explained the importance of this day and also said that it helps us to stay within the parameters of goodness and in discipline.
