Jalandhar, April 12, 2025: All the five branches of Innocent Hearts School,at Green Model Town, Loharan, Cantt.-Jandiala Road, Noorpur, and Kapurthala Road, celebrated the vibrant festival of Baisakhi with great enthusiasm and cultural pride.

The event, themed "Punjabi Sabhyachar," was organized to instill awareness and appreciation of Punjab’s rich cultural legacy among students. Students of Grades I and II stole the spotlight with their traditional Punjabi attire—Phulkari dupattas, Salwar Kameez, Kurta-Pajamas, and Turbans—as they confidently walked the ramp, showcasing their cultural pride and innocence. Grade VI students brought the essence of Punjab alive with their spirited folk dance performances, celebrating the dynamic and colorful traditions of Punjabi folklore. Each step and rhythm reflected the vibrancy and energy of Baisakhi.

The cultural immersion continued with an inter-house Punjabi poem recitation competition for Grades IX and X, based on the theme "Sanjhi Virasat, Sanjha Paryavaran." The participants impressed the audience with their eloquence, showcasing a profound connection with Punjabi language and literary heritage.

The Baisakhi celebration was a remarkable blend of education and festivity. It not only highlighted the importance of cultural heritage but also strengthened the sense of community among students.
