Innocent Hearts' Students Shine in Zonal and District-Level Sports Competitions

The students of Innocent Hearts School excelled in the zonal and district-level sports competitions organized by the Punjab School Education Board. The students who secured first place in these competitions have been selected for the state-level games.

Jalandhar, September 28, 2024: The students of Innocent Hearts School excelled in the zonal and district-level sports competitions organized by the Punjab School Education Board. The students who secured first place in these competitions have been selected for the state-level games.

In the zonal sports competitions, the girls' team won first place in cricket, handball, and kho-kho in the under-14 and under-19 categories, respectively. The boys' badminton team secured first place in the under-19 category.

In the district-level competitions, Veeren Bhagat from Green Model Town won first place in karate in the under-14 boys' category. Arshia Sachdeva excelled in boxing and gymnastics in the under-17 girls' category. The boys' badminton and chess teams secured first place in the under-19 category. Shreya Vasudeva won first place in taekwondo in the under-17 girls' category, and the boys' table tennis team won first place in both the under-14 and under-19 categories.

In the Kuraah Khel  competition, Veeren Bhagat secured first place in the under-14 boys' category, while Hargun Hundal won first place in roller skating in the under-17 girls' category. Sachi secured first place in judo in the under-19 girls' category. Akriti was selected for the state level in archery.

Anushka from Kapurthala Road campus won first place in wrestling in the under-14 girls' category. The boys' volleyball team from Innocent Hearts Noorpur Road campus secured first place in the under-14 category. Aditya Mishra won first place in Wushu in the under-17 boys' category.

At Innocent Hearts Loharan, Divanshu Bhalla and Sukhraj Singh secured first place in karate in the under-19 boys' category, while Hiten Gill won first place in the under-17 category. The badminton teams won first place in the under-14 boys', under-17 girls', and under-19 girls' categories. The volleyball team secured first place in the under-14 girls' category, while the cricket teams won first place in the under-14 boys' and under-17 girls' categories.

Innocent Hearts' Chairman, Dr. Anup Bowry, congratulated the sports teachers, HOD, and winning students on their outstanding performance in the zonal and district-level competitions. He praised the students' hard work and wished them success in their future endeavors."
