Jalandhar, April 6, 2025: Institution’s Innovation Council (IIC) of PCM S.D. College for Women, Jalandhar organized an insightful seminar on excelling in life and career.

The session was conducted by Sony Goyal, a distinguished alumnus of IIM Ahmedabad, renowned career counselor, and mentor, as part of his Punjab 100 Initiative aimed at empowering young women to achieve academic excellence and professional success.

The seminar witnessed an enthusiastic participation of students and faculty members, eager to gain valuable insights into competitive exams, career planning, and self-development. 

Goyal, with his vast experience and expertise, shared his success mantra for cracking prestigious competitive exams like CAT, PCS, and other management entrance tests. He highlighted the significance of strategic learning, time management, and self-discipline in achieving one’s goals.

Emphasising his Mission CAT and Punjab 100 Project, Goyal inspired students with real-life success stories of young aspirants who secured admissions in top IIMs and business schools under his mentorship. He also introduced the audience to his IXL framework, a unique approach to excelling in life and career.

The session was highly interactive, with students engaging in a question and answer round, where they sought guidance on exam preparation strategies, career choices, and personal development. 

The seminar instilled invaluable insights and motivation in students.
